Ballet for Bellydancers

An introductory level Ballet class for bellydancers which aims to look at technique, posture, fluidity, grace and flow to help support your existing dance technique. Ruslan will be mixing floor barre and centre work, assisting dancers develop muscle strength and flexibility. This workshop looks at the dancer’s entire body, from head to toe. You won’t walk out from this workshop as ballerinas but you will walk away with a better understanding of your body’s capabilities and exercises to help maintain your technique and dance safely throughout your dance journey.
